$200.00 per night (3 night minimum) March 8th through May 21st, 2010Summer: $1500.00 per week
(Discount for second consecutive week) May 22nd through August 13th, 2010Fall: $1200 per week
$1200 per week $200.00 per night (3 night minimum) August 14th through October 31st, 2010All rental rates require an 11.5% sales tax .
Cleaning fee is included in rental
A $250.00 rental reservation is required with contract and is applied towards your rental
A $300.00 damage deposit must be submitted 3 weeks before occupancy and is returned within 2 weeks of departure pending inspection of property.
